Sophic AOI
Sophic AOI scans super high resolution image data to identify anomalies and defects. The system is powered by Kabowd vision software that designed for high speed and precise vision inspection application, which able to support multi-camera system in parallel.
IC AOI
IC AOI is able to detect orientation, die absence / presence, chipping, crack, contamination, BGA inspection, marking inspection, OCR, tape quality inspection, post seal inspection, 2D lead measurement, 3D leads measurement and SWIR inspection.
PCB AOI
PCB AOI is able to detect wrong component, missing component, component shifting, component breakage, missing solder, extra / insufficient solder, solder bridge, 2D matrix and OCR.
LED AOI
LED AOI is able to detect contamination, resin overflow / underflow, color inspection, chipping and crack.
Sophic AOI
Wafer AOI is able to detect die absence / presence, chipping, crack, BGA inspection, marking inspection, OCR and wafer skeleton inspection.
