Comprehensive Fleet Management System
Control the path settings for multiple AMR’s to prevent collisions and misrouting.
Task Planning & Execution
Machines will provide tasks to dispatcher and the tasks are distributed based on desired assignment policy.
Automated Charging Scheduling
Fleet management system will control and assign AMR’s to charge when AMR battery reaches the configured percentage or during a certain configured hours.
Real Time Tracking
Tracks and monitor all AMR’s in real time. Users are able to view more information such as current task, battery percentage, current position, loaded or unloaded.
Task Analytics
Fleet Management System will provide comprehensive data on task counter, task duration, task completion, charging time, battery run time of AMR.
Immediate Alerts
Send instant alerts sound for critical incidents until required actions are taken. Wearables alerts are also configurable.
Event Logging
Kept a record of all actions taken by AMR to ease troubleshooting, including task generation, task assignation, task execution, task completion, task cancel, task abort due to exceptions.
