There are some problems of Common Production Line that faced by our customer. The first problem is lack of visibility and access to overall production real time data, eg. Alarm, UPH, Yield. Besides that, there are various system from different data source so the data is not aligned into a standardized system. Next, standalone or unconnected machine unable to retrieve data from individual machine. A lot of man power are required because engineer not able to manage multiple machine at same time.

Advanced Solutions

The first solution provided is utilizing the OpenDot to gain connectivity & data acquisition. OpenDot is an IoT based real-time monitoring and controlling device node for industrial automation. The device not only provides wired, and wireless communication interfaces for machines, but also provides cloud and on-premise server connections for other user applications through a secure connection. The device also allows integration with electronics devices (such as Andon system, RFID, Barcode Scanner, etc) and smart sensors (such as air gauge, temperature sensor, etc.).

The second solution is data compute and management. All the details have been listed inside the image below.
