Command and control centre enables monitoring and control of functions at the operations control centre and/or backup control centre. This will allow for remote supervision and status control of machinery and equipment.
Asset Management
Asset management system receives and analyses maintenance data for key assets such as machinery and equipment, on a real-time basis.
It centralizes all maintenance information and data (such as asset parts and costs, as well as asset repaired and repair time) and facilitates the processes of maintenance activities (such as scheduling maintenance and track work orders). This facilitates predictive maintenance.
Asset management system optimizes asset utilization and availability, thereby improving asset management by eliminating the need for manual spreadsheets by consolidating all maintenance data, information and activities in a single database. It also allows for real-time response to any equipment failures or breakdowns.
Operational Efficiency Solution
Operational efficiency solution is used to measure productivity, as well as enable improvement in targeted areas of the manufacturing process.
This solution helps improve performance through visualization of data, measuring machine availability, quantifying quality of output and production cycle time, and systematically eliminating sources of production loss.
The information gathered from the solution can also provide insights to enable decision making in relation to the acquisition of new machineries and equipment, and resource planning.

In a typical semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, assembly and testing operations are one of the core processes in producing an IC that will be used in an electronics product. Our Group serves integrated design manufacturers, who undertakes the design, fabrication, assembly and testing processes in-house, wherein our Group provides and manages the skilled workers in carrying out assembly and testing manufacturing processes.
IC Assembly
We recruit and manage skilled workers to carry out IC assembly services. We can undertake IC assembly projects by integrated design manufacturers used in various electronics products such as personal computers, laptops, servers, and graphics cards.
IC Testing
We recruit and manage skilled workers to carry out final testing processes for ICs. These skilled workers are trained to monitor and manage various equipment provided by the integrated design manufacturers to perform various testing processes on ICs.
Based on project requirements and needs, we source and recruit suitable skilled workers to carry out the required processes as well as train these workers on the standard operating procedures and required processes. We also monitor the progress and performance of project delivery to ensure that the KPIs provided to us by integrated design manufacturers are met.
Further, we are able to enhance the efficiency of our processes using our internally developed digitalized solutions, i.e. the attendance as well as ticketing, human resource and IT system. The attendance system is used to automatically monitor and record the workers' attendance at the customers' premises on a daily basis. Meanwhile the ticketing, human resource and IT system is used to facilitate tickets raised by customers on issues faced or feedback, so that we can keep track of these issues or feedback and resolve them in a timely manner.

Product engineering processes are traditionally carried out by semiconductor companies for the design, development and fabrication of semiconductor products. Semiconductor companies are outsourcing these services to scale up their product range, focus on conceptualization of new products, reduce the burden of training and managing new engineers.
We have the expertise to:
- Manage and undertake product engineering services for any semiconductor products, including semiconductor products used in the fabrication of hardware for smart solutions that enable digitalization of operational processes

i. Post-silicon validation
Post-silicon validation is where we validate the design of product prototypes during its product lifecycle.
Functions of product prototypes are tested repeatedly across required samples size to verify intended design specifications. Post-silicon validation we offered including Electrical Validation, Functional Validation, IoT Edge Validation, Circuit Marginality Validation and System Level Testing Debug.
ii. Software Development
With our technical expertise and advanced capabilities in software development across a variety of industry verticals, we can architect, design and productize various software applications such as:
Cloud based remote debug software for engineering toolset which helps engineers to remotely reserve, control, manage, maintain, and update a cluster of remote computing systems.
Lab usage management application to allows monitor utilization of any registered testing and measurement equipment and capital assets.
System-under-test utilization tracker to allows for tracking of platform usage, including power status and consumption.
Announcement portal - allows users to disseminate information, sharing process updates and training material as well as messages to a target audience.
Reporting dashboard - Visualizes the data reported by the lab usage management application and system-under-test utilization tracker.
Asset management system - Used when registered equipment is faulty in a manufacturing environment. Users use this system to file tickets in the event of equipment failures, to set up new equipment, and schedule preventive maintenance downtime for any equipment.

iii. New Product Introduction (NPI)
NPI is the process of establishing a product from its conceptual stages to its final form. The NPI process includes manufacturing of prototype products in the Product Development stages of its Product Life Cycle (“PLC”) where engineering samples are produced for both internal and external customers of an integrated design manufacturer. The activities during these NPI production stages includes test processes almost identical to a High Volume Manufacturing environment, but in an engineering environment and at a smaller for the following purposes:

In today' world where time and precision is paramount, our automated equipment business unit capable to provide automated equipment solutions to customer in enhancing workplace productivity, reliability and quality.
Automated equipment are machinery, equipment and devices which are typically used to perform mundane, repetitive and tedious tasks. The use of automated equipment in the workplace will contribute to increased processing speed, higher precision and accuracy, lower headcount and labour related costs, extended work-hours and reduced health and safety risks.
We design and develop customized automated equipment to carry out one or more functions as requirements and internally we develop all key software systems for the solutions.
